In recent times, the Intel Core i5 9300h processor appeared, which has a frequency of up to 4 g-h in the extreme case, and this is great for anyone who works on design programs, whether it is an Adobe package or Autodesk
The processor is very powerful. It processes large images very quickly. In addition, all laptops come with this processor with a fairly good graphics card for this performance.
But the problem that arose when using this processor, it does not reach the highest frequency and does not use 100% of its potential, and this reason leads to the slowness of the device as if you are using a third-generation processor
But after many attempts, we have found the cause of the main problem and the basic solution without damaging the laptop, but please follow the instructions in order not to harm your laptop

main problem
the power and the temperature of the processor is high, so the company has updated the BIOS for this type of processor in order to adjust the power and ensure that the processor temperature does not rise above the required limit
The only solution
To solve this type of problem, you must use a program in order to raise the power of the processor so that the processor can use its full capacity, but before adopting the required software settings, you must check the temperature
In my case, I raised the power of the processor to 30 watts, while ensuring that the processor temperature did not rise above 70 degrees Celsius in the most extreme cases.
This temperature is excellent for this type of processor, so you should experiment to be able to get the best possible performance
Let’s move on to the practical explanation
- First, you must download Throttlestop
- download this file and after unzip it put it in Throttlestop File
- Run Throttlestop And Go to TPL

- Now change the long power Pl1 To max watt in my example I put it 30 watts ( Do a Google search for the maximum wattage consumed by the processor )
- Now change the short power Pl2 To mini watt in my example I put it 30 watts ( Do a Google search for the lowest wattage consumed by the processor )

NOTE : Then test the power of the processor while monitoring the temperature
If the temperature reaches more than 70 degrees, you must reduce the value of the largest value Or leave it as it is
