Windows 11 can now be purchased directly from the official Microsoft website. Before that, to get it, you had to either buy a new PC or use Windows 10. Windows 11 is offered at $139 in its prime version only.
Windows 11 was released on October 5, 2021 and has been available for download since that date. But before today, it was not possible to buy them digitally. Microsoft offers many solutions to use it, as those who have Windows 10 can upgrade to version 11 for free. If the PC is compatible, the OS highlights the upgrade. New PCs are prepared automatically and for special cases, Microsoft sells physical versions.
Microsoft has already planned everything so that the transition between the two generations will be smooth. The bet worked, so much so that selling like that for the OS didn’t let users down, at least for the most part.
